What models and specifications are available?
We offer multiple ceramic aeration plate models, ceramic membrane discs from BQ150 to BQ374, ceramic aeration tubes, and PE/PA filter cartridges. Full dimensions and parameters are listed on each product page.
Do you support custom sizes, materials, or processes?
Yes. Customized size, material, and process options can be discussed for your application.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are available for purchase, are non-refundable, and have a lead time of about 15 work days. Custom products can also be confirmed with a pre-production sample before mass production.
Do you provide technical data sheets or test reports?
Technical data sheets are available. Test reports are not provided.
Which industries and applications do your products serve?
Ceramic discs serve food and beverage, metallurgy and new energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, and related industries. Filter cartridges serve new energy and water treatment. Ceramic aeration plates serve aquaculture and industrial aeration or oxygenation.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are supported.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.
Do you offer tiered or bulk pricing?
Yes. Tiered pricing, long-term cooperation pricing, and bulk discounts are available. Quotations may vary with raw material costs and exchange rates.
What is the production lead time?
Production lead time depends on order quantity and is confirmed per order. Urgent production can be supported, and production progress updates can be provided.
Do you have a quality control process?
Before shipment, products are checked by the relevant team before leaving the factory.
Do you support third-party inspection?
Third-party inspection is not supported at this time.
How are quality or after-sales issues handled?
